RES-2006-109RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 109 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2005R -170, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE, MIDDLE MANAGEMENT, PROFESSIONAL AND SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated May 30, 2006, that Section 2 of Resolution No. 2005R -170, be amended to establish new rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative, Middle Management, Professional and Supervisory Management; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that establishing new rates of compensation as aforesaid is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and that the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2005R -170 to establish new rates of compensation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that, Section 2 of Resolution No. 2005R -170 be amended to read as follows: "Section 2.
