RES-2006-120RESOLUTION NO.2006- i2o A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2000R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 13, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June 16, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-124, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and ,~,, WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 124 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Middle Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended by adding the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as shown: Classification Salary Ran4e Neighborhood Services Manager X CR10 Transit Planning Manager X CR18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-124 is June 16, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-124 shall remain in full force and effect.
