A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2000R-126 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 13, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 16, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-126, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
126 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Supervisory
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended by adding the following
classifications and allocating them to the salary range as shown:
Classification Salary Range
Crime Analysis Supervisor
Energy Risk Transaction Supervisor
X CR10
X CR12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R-126 is June 16, 2006.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R-126 shall remain in full force and effect.
