To Whom It May Concern,
To the best of our knowledge and belief, based on limited observation, the observed construction
generally meets the requirements set forth in the permitted plans and specifications. Since the
observations were not performed on a full-time bases, there may be non-compliant items that
were not readily observable and cannot be attested. Electrical Scope of Work shown as follows:
• Expand existing Men's restroom to add lighting fixtures and plumbing hardware sensors.
• Add new Women's restroom with new lighting and plumbing hardware sensors.
• Add new beverage center with casework with power for two coffee machines and two
soda dispensers.
• Add power for news water heater and for two new ceiling fans for the beverage center.
• Add CO2 Alarm System and CO2 System conduit to tanks.
• Add lighting fixtures and receptacle to plumbing chase.
• Reconnect power to new rooftop exhaust fan.
• Add new lighting fixtures connected via dimming system throughout the Lounge space.
• Provide Power and lighting fixtures with dimming control in the new Decision and
Meeting Rooms and LED Drapes.
• Add telephone/data Communication Systems outlets throughout the space.
• Add Audio System speakers and controls throughout the lounge.
• Adjusted controls for existing working lighting fixtures.
To the best of our knowledge, based on limited observation, at the previous site walk date
03/10/23 it was noticed:
