The roof is framed by 2x 10 R.R. @ 12" o.c. for a portion of the structure as well as 2x8 @ 12" o.c. in other areas. The roofing material proposed is Monier Lifetile 5pani5h "5" Tile, the total design dead load is presented in page 2 of the supporting calculations. The roofing material itself is specified to be 9.0 psf and can be substituted for any roofing material that is equal to or less than 9.0 psf.
