69R-089WHEREAS, William E. Snow having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
111 West MacArthur Manor, Anaheim, California to 1154 Cherry Way,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 18th day of February, 1969, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last avail-
able tax assessment roll; and
WHER]AS, sai4imatter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application together with all evidence and reports sub-
mitted in connection therewith, does find that said application
should be granted subject to the payment to the City of Anaheim
of the applicable park and recreation fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of William E. Snow
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 111 West
MacArthur Manor, Anaheim, California, to 1154 Cherry Way, Anaheim,
California, be and the same is hereby granted subject to the
payment to the City of Anaheim of the applicable park and recrea-
tion fee, and further subject to compliance with all of the pro-
visions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to the moving of buildings from a point within the City
of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of February, 1969.
