A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCES, RECLASSIFICATIONS,
TRACT MAPS, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND
TRAILER PARRS; AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTIONS NOS.
68R -659, 68R -661 AND 68R -662.
WHEREAS, on Ocotber 22, 1968, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim did amend Resolution No. 66R -526 which
set the fees for parks and recreation in the City; and
WHEREAS, on October 29, 1968, the City Council did
adopt Resolution No. 68R 662 amending the various resolutions
which granted reclassifications, conditional use permits,
variances, tract maps, and trailer parks to reflect a change
in Park and Recreation Fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to amend the
Parks and Recreation Fees and provide procedures for refunds
where fees are overpaid, and provide specific dates for new
fees; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to amend the various
resolutions which granted said reclassifications, conditional
use permits, variances, tract maps, and trailer parks to reflect
a further change in Park and Recreation Fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all resolutions of the City adopted
after October 22, 1968, concerning reclassifications, variances,
tracts, conditional use permits, and trailer parks and containing
conditions requiring the payment of fees for parks and recreation
purposes shall provide as follows:
Effective May 1, 1969, the following schedule of
fees shall apply to all construction where no building permit
has been issued and fees paid.
1. (a) $125.00 per single family dwelling unit;
(b) $75.00 per apartment unit;
(c) $50.00 per trailer space in mobile parks.
2. (a) In the event that a prior fee has been paid
and the building permit subsequently expires,
upon renewal or re- issuance, credit will be
allowed for the amount paid or a refund made
depending upon the fee in force at the time.
(b) In the event any person, partnership, or
corporation shall have paid a higher fee
than that required by this resolution,
upon application to the Building Division,
he shall receive a refund of the difference
between that paid and that owed under this
resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos. 68R-
659, 68R -661 and 68R -662 are hereby superseded and shall be
of no further force and effect from after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 21st day of January, 1969.
