FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lots 1 and 2 and that
One Acre School lot of The Walnut Colony Tract, as per
Map filed in Book 1, page 14 of Record of Surveys in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying
East of a line parallel with and Westerly 338.00 feet
measured along the Northerly line from the centerline
of West Street, adjoining said Lots on the East, described
as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Katella Avenue
and West Street, as shown on a Map of Tract 3290, recorded
in Book 101, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County; thence South 89° 25' 22" West along
the centerline of said Katella Avenue a distance of 338
feet; thence South 0° 48' 38" East a distance of 60 feet;
thence North 89° 25' 22" East a distance of 268.10 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Easterly and Southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89° 11' 22"
an arc distance of 39.17 feet; thence South 0° 48' 38"
East a distance of 625.08 feet; thence North 89° 25' 53"
East a distance of 45 feet to the centerline of said West
Street; thence North 0° 48' 38" West along the said centerline
of said West Street a distance of 660.03 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
