COMMISSION UPDATES
Commissioner Perez stated he will be attending the City Council meeting as a private resident
to address the City Council regarding part (d) of the City Charter, Section 906, which is the
Planning Commission powers and duties. Principal Planner Scott Koehm informed the
commission about upcoming ethics training sponsored by the City Clerk and City Attorney's
office. The training will be in person on November 30, 2023. The place and duration will be
provided at a later time. The November 20, 2023 Planning Commission meeting has been
canceled due to the Thanksgiving holiday. There are four items currently scheduled for the
December 4, 2023 meeting and one item, the item that was continued, for the December 18,
2023 meeting.
