Attachment 2 - Letter of Request and OperationsATTACHMENT NO. 2 Letter of Request and Operations Lost Temple Escape 203-205 West Center Street To whom it may concern: Background: We're writing to apply for a Conditional Use Permit for Lost Temple Escape. Our company, Lost Temple Traders currently makes limited edition tiki mugs with artists from around the world. We got our start by running an Instagram account that focused on tiki mugs and tiki bars (currently with 35k followers). Many of these followers are big Disneyland fans, and we're continually looking for more ways to give them fun and relevant escapism and experiences. It's our goal to bring an immersive Lost Temple themed escape room to the Packing District. Anaheim is a global vacation destination because of Disneyland, and we think there is a lot of opportunity to give that audience more and more to do outside of the parks while they are in Anaheim. The Packing District continues to grow with restaurants and breweries, and the time is right to add more quality entertainment experiences. We come from the entertainment industry and have almost 40 years of Entertainment Marketing and Publicity experience with ABC, NBC etc. between us. We bring experience and an audience that will contribute to the health and well-being of the packing district for years to come.
