A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY, AND PUBLIC UTILITY (ONLY) PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility, and public utility (only) purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property haVe offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of G. L. HARBOUR and HERTHA
L. HARBOUR, husband and wife; J. H. OVERHOLSER and MARIAN L.
OVERHOLSER, husband and wife; and H 0 COMPANY, a co- partnership
composed of G. L. Harbour and J. H. Overholser
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility, and public utility (only) purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the Fractional North-
west quarter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Burton Street
with the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly boundary
line of Lot 16, Tract 1517, recorded in Book 80, pages 39
and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
thence North 0° 49' 10" West along the said Southerly prolongation
and Westerly boundary line of said Lot 16 a distance of
286.38 feet to the true point of beginning, said point of
beginning also being the beginning of a curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 6 feet, a radial line bearing
North 11° 55' 44" west passes through the point of begin-
ning of said curve; thence Southwesterly and Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 78° 02' 37" an arc
distance of 8.17 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 40 feet, a
radial line bearing South 89° 58' 21" East passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence Southwesterly,
Westerly, Northwesterly, Northerly and Northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 243° 52' 56" an arc
distance of 170.26 feet to a point in the arc of a curve
concave Southerly and having a radius of 472.50 feet, a
radial line bearing North 26° 05' 25" West passes through
said point; thence Northeasterly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 8° 03' 42" an arc distance
of 66.48 feet; thence South 0° 49' 10" East a distance of
55.03 feet to the true point of beginning.

PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the Fractional Northwest
quarter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Burton Street
with the southerly prolongation of the Westerly boundary
line of Lot 16, Tract 1517, recorded in Book 80, pages 39
and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County thence
North 0° 49' 10" West a distance of 32 feet; thence North
89° 59' 45" West a distance of 253.94 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northerly and having a radius
of 32.14 feet; thence Northwesterly and Northerly along
said curve through a central angle of 48° 48' 43" an arc
distance of 27.38 feet; thence South 48° 48' 58" West a
distance of 44.00 feet, thence South 0° 00' 15" East a distance
of 14.00 feet; thence South 89° 59' 45" East along the centerline
of said Burton Street a distance of 311.70 feet to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL THREE: An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across a strip of land 8 feet in width, adjacent
to and parallel with the Westerly boundary of Tract 1517,
recorded in Book 80, pages 39 and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange_County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion within Blossom Lane.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
