An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 13 feet of the Westerly 53 feet (as
measured at right angles to the center line of Euclid Street)
of that portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as the Northwest
quarter of said Section is shown on a Map of Tract No. 2161,
recorded in Book 63, pages 33 et seq. of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 9, being
the center line intersection of La Palma Avenue and Euclid
Street, as shown on the map of said trac~;_thence Easterly
along said La Palma Avenue center line, 44U.00 feet; thence
Southerly, at right angles to said last-mentioned center
line, 349.98 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing Southerly, 223.18 feet to a line parallel with
and distant Northerly 30.00 feet from the Northerly line of
the South 22 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section; thence
Westerly along said parallel line to said center line of
Euclid Street; thence Northerly along said last-mentioned
center line, 224.52 feet to a point 349.70 feet Southerly
of said center line intersection; thence Easterly 438.88
feet to the true point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
