A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particularly described as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PAUL H. PLETZ and CLADA M.
p7.ETZ, husband and wife, and WALTER A. GOODEN and EVA R. GOODEN,
husband and wife.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 3 of Helen and Lynch's
Subdivision of a portion of the West half of Section 16,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
pages 7 et seq of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, and as shown on a Map recorded in Book 442,
page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, Califor-
nia, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue
and Euclid Street, formerly known as Euclid Avenue, as
shown on a Map filed in Book 43, page 31 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence South 0° 16' 57" East along the centerline
of said Euclid Street a distance of 665.02 feet; thence
North 89 07' 17" East along the centerline of Pampas Lane
a distance of 659.96 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 0 15' 59" West a distance of 30 feet; thence
North 89 07' 17" East a distance of 223.68 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and hav-
ing a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Easterly and Northeast-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 36 52'
12" an arc distance of 32.18 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
50.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, Easterly, Southeasterly
and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of
126 52' 12" an arc distance of 110.715 feet; thence South
89° 07' 17" West a distance of 334.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($.1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
