"l[cIEREAS, the City Councn or the City of Anaheim did
heretof'ore, to wit, on the 7th day of' July, 1959, adopt
Resolution No. 5334 granting Variance No. 1111 to Standard
Development Corp., permitting a waiver of the minimum lot size
and f'loor area requirements to al101tJ construction of' single-
f'amily dwellings of not" less than 1,000 square f'eet livable
floor area, with two-car garages, on lots of' not less than 6,000
square feet in area, with a minim1Im front yard setback of 20 feet,
on the property described in said resolu~ion, with the exception
of Lots 13 to 32, 267 to 279 and 165 to 189, on \.[hich no waiver
1,8.S granted; and
~~LR&.S, the City Council finds that at the time said
variance was ;ranted, the property described in Resolution No.
533L~ was being su.bdivided, but the i'inal map of' the tract had
not been recol'ded and the lot num~;ers mentioned in said resolu-
tion, and on which no waiver of the minimum lot area and livable
floor area requirements was granted, were lot numcers of the
tentative tract; that said tentative tract map has been revised
and certain of the lots renu~110red and the final map of said tract
recorded; and that as a result of said revision of said tentative
tract the lots mentioned in ;'iesolution No. :~334 as Lots 13 to 38,
267 to 279 and 165 to 129, have been renumbered or changed and
said lots are now Lots 13 to 36, 241 to 251 and 142, 143, 164 and
165 of Tract No. 3501;

size and floor area requirements to allow construction of single-
family dwellings of not less tilan 1,000 square feet livable floor
area, with two-car garages, on lot,o of not less than 6,000 square
feet in area, with a minimum front yard setback of 20 feet, on
the :,::.roperty descr-l.bed in said resolution, with the exception of
Lots 13 to 38, 267 to 279 and 165 to 129, which shall meet the
minimum requirements of 7,200 square feet lot area and 1.,225
square feet livable floor area, and on Hhich no waiver was granted,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the numbers of the
lots on 'dhich no waiver of the min:Lmum lot area and livable floor
area recjv.irements Has granted to tIle folloHing lot numbers:
Lots 13 to 36, inclusive;
Lots 241 to 251, inclusive; and
Lots 142, 143, 164 and 165.
