AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC 78-196 determining that a change or changes
in'the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of.Anaheim,
County of'Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Parcel A - Commercial Site
Being a portion of Parcel 2, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
parcel map filed in Book 66, Page 47 of Parcel Maps in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County;
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Parcel 1, said
corner being the centerline intersection of Romneya Drive
(West) and Euclid Avenue; thence S 00 02' 23" W 528.00
feet along the centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence N 890
55' 37 W 345.00 feet; thence N 00 02' 23" E 125.00 feet;
thence N 89° 55' 37" W 20.00 feet; thence N 00 02' 23" E
403.00 feet to the centerline of Romneya Drive; thence
along said centerline S 890 55' 37" E 365.00 feet to the
point of beginning.

Parcel B - Multiple Residential Site
Being a portion of Parcel 2, in the City of Anaheim,.
County of Orange, State .of California, as shown on a
Parcel Map filed in Book 66, Page 47 of Parcel Maps, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows: -
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Parcel 2,. said
corner being the centerline intersection of Romneya Drive'
(West) and Euclid Avenue; thence S 00. 021 23" W 528.00 .feet
along the centerline .of Euclid Avenue; thence N 890 55' 37"
W 345.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 00
02.' 23" E 125.00 feet; thence N 890 55' 37" W 20.00 feet;
thence N 00 23" E 403..00 feet to. the .centerline .of Romneya
Drive; thence along said centerline N 890 55' 37" W 455.00.
feet -to the Northwest corner of said Parcel 2; thence
along the .Westerly parcel line .thereof S 00 02' 23" W
528.00.feet.; thence S 890 55' 37" E 475.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion included within Romneya
Drive, as shown on said Parcel Map.
now is "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE and
that it .be. changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL,
LIMITED ZONE, subject to -the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along
Euclid Street as required by the .City Engineer and in accord-
ance with'standard plans and specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineer..
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the
Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and
charged, as required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Departments prior to commencement of struc-
tural framing.
4. That -subject property shall be served by
underground utilities.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be .
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay
the traffic signal asse-s:sment fee (Council Policy No. 214)

amounting to $180.00 per 1000 square feet of building or
fraction thereof prior to -the issuance of a building permit.
7. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim and marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through
8; provided, however, that a six (6) foot high block wall shall
be constructed along the west property line and that access to
the property shall be provided in accordance with Exhibit No. 8
specifically.
8. That Condition Nos. 1, 22 49 5 and 7, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the .same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the .zone or zones -as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes. hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The .City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause .the .same .to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of.general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after.
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE. FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
March , 1979.
