A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT O'NEILL and
BEVERLY MARGRET O'NEILL, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following describes re` l
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 9 of the replat of
the Orchard Park Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 7, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Hampshire
Avenue and Harbor Boulevard (formerly known as Palm
Street); thence Northerly along the centerline of said
Harbor Boulevard, 90 feet; thence Easterly at right angles
to said centerline of Harbor Boulevard, 45 feet to a point
on a line that is parallel with and distant 45 feet
Easterly of said centerline; thence Southerly along said
parallel line, 44.79 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 90 13'20" an arc distance of 23.62 feet
to a point on a line that is parallel with and distant 30
feet Northerly of the centerline of Hampshire Avenue;
thence Southerly, parallel to said centerline of Harbor
Boulevard, 30 feet to a point on the centerline of said
Hampshire Avenue, said point being Easterly 60.16 feet
from the point of beginning; thence Westerly along said
centerline 60.16 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of June 19 66
