A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same FO City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of T. AT. AT.SnN And RT.T7ARRTH

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for alley and
public utility purpose
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for alley and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 5 feet of the Southerly 57 feet of
the Northerly 114.25 feet of that portion of Vineyard Lot G -6,
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of
Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows: Beginning at a point 144.75 feet Westerly measured
at right angles from the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard
and 38.25 feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the
centerline of West Water Street; thence Northerly, parallel
with said centerline of said Harbor Boulevard, 513.25 feet to
the Northerly line of the land conveyed to Joseph William
Heinz, et ux, by deed recorded in Book 619, page 4 of Deeds,
records of said Orange County; thence Easterly along said North-
erly line to the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard; thence
Southerly along said centerline of Harbor Boulevard, 513.25
feet, more or less, to a point in a line 38.25 feet Northerly,
measured at right angles from the centerline of said West
Water Street, which line is the Northerly line of West Water
Street, as fixed by that certain deed recorded January 8,
1927 in Book 10, page 81 of Official Records; thence Westerly
along said Northerly line of West Water Street, 144.75 feet to
the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the centerline of Harbor
Boulevard is assumed to be the Easterly line of the above des-
cribed parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 94th day of May 19 66
