A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO JAMES A. McCURRY TO MOVE A
DWELLING FROM 3624 NORTH ROSEMEAD BOULE-
VARD, ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, to 859 SOUTH
CLAUDINA STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, JAMES A. McCURRY, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 3624 North Rosemead Boulevard, Rosemead, California, to
859 South Claudina Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 24th day of May, 1966, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the following
condition:
That a third garage (20 feet by 10 feet) be
constructed at the rear of the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling
house, no closer than five (5) feet from the
rear property line.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said James A. McCurry
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 3624 North
Rosemead Boulevard, Rosemead, California, to 859 South Claudina
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby granted,
subject to the condition that a third garage (20 feet by 10 feet)
be constructed at the rear of the property upon which it is
proposed to move said dwelling house, no closer than five (5)
feet from the rear property line, and subject further to compli-
ance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from
a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of May, 1966.
