A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYHW TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to

City Council of the City or Anaheim is
the hereinarter described real property
wit: An easement ror road and public

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have orfered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CARL KARCHER and MARGARET KARCHFR,
husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilit! purposes
and more particularly described as rol OWS:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcels of land,
all measurement! taken from the centerline of adjoining
streets;
PARCEL 1: The Southerly 32.00 feet of the Westerly 511.41
feet or-Lot 5 of Miles Rancho in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of CalifornIa, as per map recorded
in Book 4, Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL 2: That portion of said Lot 5 of Miles Rancho des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point 46.18 feet North
of the centerline of Romneya Drive, adjoining said Lot 5
on the South and 30.00 feet East of the centerline of
Spadra Road, adjoining said Lot 5 on the West, said poInt
being the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 45' 40",
an arc distance of 23.50 feet to a point in a line parallel
with and distant 32.00 feet North of the centerline of
Romneya Drive; thence Westerly along the last mentioned
parallel line 14.93 feet to a point in the East line of
Spadra Road, said line being parallel with and distant
30.00 feet East of the centerline of Spadra Road; thence
Northerly along the last mentioned line to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City or Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
