RESOLUTION NO. 5600
A RESOLUTION QB' 'rEE Crl'Y COUNCIL OF' THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~~DING RESOLUTION NO. 5555 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-20.
WHEREAS, the City Council did hereto~ore, to wit, on
the 13th day of October, 1959, adopt Resolution No. 5555 in
reclassification proceedings No. F-59-60-20, upon application
from Clearbrook Lane Corp. for a change of zone of certain real
property therein described from H-J, IvIUL'rIPLE-FMULY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE to C-l, NEIGHBOHHOOD-Cm1il1lERCIAL ZONE; and
WHE.flliAS, Condition No.2 of said resolution reads as
follows:
"2.
That the buildings to be constructed on
the property be erected substantially
in accordance with the plans presented
to the City Council and on file with the
City of Anaheim."
A~D whEREAS, new plans have been submitted by the
applicant for the construction of said buildings, and the City
Council does find that Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 5555
should be amended and said new plans accepted and made a part
of said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that a
four-foot decorative, concrete masonry wall, with four gates,
should be erected along the Colony Street frontage of Lots 1,
2, 3, and 4 of Tract No. 2701, and that Resolution No. 5555
should be amended further to include this provision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an ordinance
has not been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said proceedings;
Nm'J', THEREFORE, BE IT Hi:.:SOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5555 in reclassifi-
cation proceedings No. F-59-GO-20, be, and the same is hereby
amended, as follows:
1. That Condition No.2 of said resolution be amended
to read:
"2. That the buildings to be constructed on
subject property be erected substantially
in accordance with the drawings prepared
by Architects Ficker & Ficker, entitled
'Flans for Store Buildings, Colony Str.
Anaheim - Calif. Tract 2701. Lots NO.1,
2, 3, 4 for Geo. D. Buccola,' dated
November 3, 1959, signed by the applicant
and made a part of this reclassification,

2. That a new condition, to be numbered "4.", be added
to said resolution reading as follows:
"4. That a 4-foot decorative, concrete masonry
wall, includint; LI_ !:;ates, be erected along
the Colony Street fronta~e of Lots 1, 2, 3,
and 4 of Tract No. 2701.
BE rf .F'URT1::E:R liESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5555 be and remain in full force and effect.
AND Bli: IT F"JRTEER HESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
2nd he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code
to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be
necessary and proper.
