SUBJECT: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2021-200
LOCATION: 1226 – 1228 North Olive Street and 501 – 529 East Julianna Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission, by
motion, approve the attached resolution to correct an error pertaining to the assigned
tentative parcel map number.
DISCUSSION:
On April 10, 2023, the Planning Commission approved DEV2021-00186, a tentative
parcel map to consolidate five existing contiguous parcels into one proposed parcel.
The tentative parcel map number referred to in the public notice, staff report, and
Resolution No. 2023-009 was Tentative Parcel Map No. 19171; however, this number
was incorrect and should be replaced by the correct parcel map number which is
Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-200. The project plans provided to the Planning
Commission in April 2023 included Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-200. The
attached Nunc Pro Tunc resolution reflects this correction to the referenced map
number. All other aspects of the original resolution, including the conditions of
approval, remain unchanged.
