Project Narrative:
New construction of a 67,715 square foot, 5 story, 120 guestroom La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham
Hotel and a 1,200 square foot, single story Starbucks Walk-up / Drive-Thru on a 1.47 acre site (1.21 acre fee parcel
and 0.26 acre lease parcel) at 125 E Ball Road, Anaheim CA. Hotel is standard stay with limited service continental
breakfast and will include a fitness center, meeting room, outdoor pool, and an observation deck on the second
level for viewing fireworks at Disneyland Theme Park. Clientele to be leisure & professional business travelers. Site
to include two 4-story puzzle lift enclosed parking structures (3 stories above ground, 1 below), covered parking,
EV parking, and valet parking operations to meet parking requirements. Project construction will be divided into
two phases with the Starbucks building and site area being constructed during Phase One, and the hotel building
and site area to be constructed during Phase Two. Project to include demolition of existing 2 story commercial
building.
