A. Stanton Tract, as shown on a Map recor- ded in Book 5, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, re- cords of Orange County, California. PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over the Easterly 8 feet of the Southerly 100 feet of the Northerly 251.18 feet of Lot 17 of the P. A.
