A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
�u_blic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MOTEN M. DIZNEY and
DOROTHY B. DIZNEY husband and wife,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53 feet, as measured
at right angles to the center line of Ball Road,
of the following described parcel of land:
The East 5 acres of the East 9 acres of the West 14
acres of the North half of the Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description the center line
of Ball Road is assumed to be the North line of
the above described parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April 1966
