OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of HARBOR SERVICE STATIONS.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 40 feet, as measured at right
angles to the centerline of Anaheim Boulevard, formerly
Los Angeles Street, of the following described land:
Lot 12 in Block 4 of Tract 304, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 14, page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description the Westerly line of
said Lot 12 is assumed to be the centerline of said Anaheim
Boulevard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
