A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
urposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of S,I.R. DEVELOPMENT CO.,
INC., a California corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under,
along and across the Northwesterly 8.00 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
Lot 19, Tract 6089, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
224, pages 14 and 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of April
