99-122RESOLUTION NO. 99R- 122 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 92R-21 AND 92R-22, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 15, 1999, that Resolutions No. 92R-21 and 92R-22 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective June 25, 1999; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolutions No. 92R-21 and 92R-22 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management and Administrative Management. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: 1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by adding the following classifications: Classification Salary' Range Convention Center Maintenance Manager Fire Battalion Chief- Training (40 Hours) Housing Automated System Coordinator Streets & Sanitation Superintendent XU CR13 XF CR19 X CR11 XU CR13 2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by changing the salary range for the following classification to read as follows: Classification Salary Ranme Assistant Purchasing Agent X CR11 3. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by deleting the following classifications: Classification Salary RanRe Childrens Services Manager Convention Center Facility Engineer Street Maintenance Superintendent XIJ CR10 XU CR14 XU CR13 4. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by adding the following classification: Classification Salary Range Building Official X CR17 f:hhomex,vkilmur\OT2250VK 5. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by changing the salaD' range for the following classification to read as follows: Classification Salary RanRe Public Utilities Assistant General Manager - Finance & Administration X CR25 6. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by deleting the following classifications: Classification Salan, RanRe Building Division Manager X CR17 Library Technical Services Manager X CR14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 25, 1999.
