A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 92R-21 AND 92R-22, WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 15, 1999, that
Resolutions No. 92R-21 and 92R-22 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective June 25, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolutions No. 92R-21 and 92R-22 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management and Administrative
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by adding the following
classifications:
Classification Salary' Range
Convention Center Maintenance Manager
Fire Battalion Chief- Training (40 Hours)
Housing Automated System Coordinator
Streets & Sanitation Superintendent
XU CR13
XF CR19
X CR11
XU CR13
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by changing the salary
range for the following classification to read as follows:
Classification Salary Ranme
Assistant Purchasing Agent

3. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by deleting the following
classifications:

Childrens Services Manager
Convention Center Facility Engineer

4. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by adding the
following classification:

5. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by changing the

6. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative Management) be amended by deleting the
following classifications:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 25, 1999.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolutions No. 92R-21 and
92R-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
