First, I want to thank The City Council for regulating street vendors, and keeping the health of We The People of Anaheim a
priority. And, respecting the rights of the brick and mortar businesses that pay significant amounts into The City caufers.
If said ordinance to regulate street vendors was not implemented it would have set a precedent that would have been unfair to
brick and mortar businesses, and visually created blight through out The City of Anaheim.
