AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC79-57 determining that a change or changes
in t e zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
1-filEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1: The West 50.00 feet of that portion of
Lot 1 of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision of the West
half of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, as per map recorded in book 442, page 158, of
Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,
thence South 199.32 feet to the Northwesterly pro-
longation of the most Northeasterly line of the land
of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company as said
land lines in the said Lot 1; thence South 560 30'
00" East 225.72 feet along said prolongation of and
along the northeasterly line of said railroad land;
thence North 324.06 feet to the North line of said
Lot 1; thence West 188.10 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
EXCEPT the north 30.03 feet thereof.

vision of the West half of Section 16, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
book 442, page 153 of needs, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said
Lot 1, South 199.11 feet from the Northwest corner
of said lot, being the Southwesterly corner of the
land conveyed to Russell Evans by deed recorded in
book 475, page 157 of Deeds, records of said Orange
County, and on the northwesterly prolongation of the
most Northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Rail-
road Company land; thence Southeasterly 33.10 feet
along said prolongation of said northeasterly line;
thence at right angles Southwesterly 50.00 feet to
a point on the Westerly line of said lot, said point
being Northeasterly 50.00 feet measured at right
angles from the center line of the main tract of said
Southern Pacific Railroad Company's Santa Ana Branch;
thence North 59.96 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3: That portion of Lot 2 of Helen and Lynchts
Subdivision of the West half of Section 16, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 442,
page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the 114ortheast corner of said Lot 2; thence
South 01 22' 00" West 266.33 feet along the East line
of said lot to the Northeasterly line of the land of
the Southern Pacific Company land; thence North 560
381 00" West 432.20 feet along said northeasterly line
to the Forth line of said Lot 2; thence East 403.65
feet along said worth line to the point of beginning.

Commencing at the intersection of the northeasterly
line of the land of the Southern Pacific Railroad
Company and the Northerly line of the northwest quar-
ter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West;

easterly line 62.06 feet to the true point of begin-
ning; thence South 890 521 21" East along a line
parallel to and 53.00 feet Southerly, measured at
right angles, of the center line of construction of
Lincoln Avenue, 60.00 feet; thence North 00 40t 23"
West 5.12 feet to a line parallel with and 30.00 feet
Southerly, as measured at right angles, of the North
line of the1orthwest quarter of Section 16, Township

at right angles South 00 40' 2311 East 5.33 feet; thence
South 890 521 2111 East along a line parallel to and
53.00 feet Southerly, measured at right angles, of
the center line of construction of Lincoln Avenue
114.91 feet; thence South 00 16' 3711 East, parallel
to the East line of Lot 2 of said Helen and Lynch's
Subdivision, 122.64 feet to a point on the said North-
easterly line of the land of the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company; thence North 570 08' 3011 West along
said Northeasterly line 226.79 feet to the true point
of beginning,
now is 11ML11 INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in 11CL11 COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Lincoln Avenue
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer.
2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay the
traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount
as determined by the City Council, for commercial buildings prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
3. That the proposed commercial building shall comply with
all signing requirements of the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zoning.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 4, above-mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspection.
SECTION 2.
'.L`he City coning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a Dart of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said amity
oning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning :Tap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SEC'T'ION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anahei.111 Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 10th day of July, 1979, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
