AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
-- RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should he made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of Lot 22 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract as shown on a map recorded in book 12, pages
87 and 88, Miscellaneous Records, in the office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described
as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of
Blue Gum'Street, 40.00 feet wide, as shown on map of
the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, recorded in book 5,
pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous M,aps,.in the office
-- of the County Recorder of Orange County, with the
Southeasterly line of an unnamed street, 20.00 feet
wide, as shown on said last mentioned map, said South-
easterly line being in the center line of a street now
known as White Star Avenue (formerly LaPalma Avenue
and Corona Street), 40.00 feet wide; thence North 510
41' 58" East, along said centerline of White Star Ave-
nue, 238.24 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line

of Parcel 2 of the land described in the final order
of Condemnation, a certified copy of which was recorded
in book 7697, page'466 of Official Records of Orange
County; said Southwesterly line being a curve, concave.
Southwesterly and having a radius. of 570.00 feet, a
radial line to said point bears North' .490 32' 55" East;
thence continuing North.510 411- 58" East along said
centerline,.30.02 feet to a pointon a curve having a
radius of 600.00 feet and which'is concentric with'.said
last mentioned curve, a radial line to said point bears
North :49° 39' 25" East; thence Southeasterly, along
said concentric curve, from a tangent line which bears -
South -400 201. 35" East, through 'a central angle of 240
28' 25", an arc distance of 256.29 feet to the point
of tangency thereof with a line bearing South 15° 52'
10" East; thence South 150 52' 10-" East, along said
tangent line, 80.00 feet to a point .of intersection
with the Southwesterly prolongation of the centerline
of LaPalma Avenue as said centerline is shown on a map
of Tract No. 5070, recorded in book 252, pages -46 and
47 of Miscellaneous Maps,- records of said Orange County;
thence North 740 07' 50". East, along said Southwesterly
prolongation, 215.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning;.thence North 150 52' 10" West, at right angles
to said Southwesterly prolongation of the centerline of
LaPalma Avenue, a. distance of 439.58 feet .to the center-
line of White Star Avenue (formerly LaPalma Avenue and
Corona Street) 40.00 feet wide; thence North 510- 41' 58"
East, along the centerline of White Star Avenue, 238.01
feet; thence South '15° 52' 10". East, a distance of
530.39 feet to aforesaid Southwesterly prolongation of
the centerline of LaPalma Avenue; thence South .74° 07'
50" West, along said Southwesterly prolongation, a dis-
tance of 220.00 -feet terminating at the aforesaid true
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying within
Parcel 2 of the land described in the final Order of
Condemnation as recorded in book 7697, page 466 of
Official Records, and also excepting any portion lying
within White Star Avenue .(formerly LaPalma Avenue and
Corona Street) 40.00 feet wide, .20.00 feet on each .side
of centerline,
now is -"RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "YM" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
along White Star Avenue,. Blue Gum Street and La Palma Avenue includ-
ing'preparation of improvement plans and installation of ail -improve-
ments, such'as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and

paving, drainage facilities or other appurtenant work shall be com-
plied with as -required by the City Engineer and in accordance with.
standard plans -and specifications on file in the .office of the .City.
Engineer; and that street lighting facilities along White Star Ave-
nue, Blue Gum Street, and La Palma Avenue .shall be installed as re-
-� quired by. the Director of Public'Utilities and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with.the office of the Director of
Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be .installed as -required and
determined to be'necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view.
S. That subject property shall be derved by underground
utilities.
6. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the
Planning Department, and any landscaped areas in the parking areas
shall be protected with 'si:c-inch '.high :concrete curbs, and concrete
wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaced -as required by
the -Planning Department.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby.,.
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the'zone in which -it is now .situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or -zones as above set forth,.and said City
Zoning Map, asamended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby. directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to. the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall -certify to the passage of this -
Ordinance and shall cause the sameto be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days -from and after its
final passage,' it shall take effect and be in full force.
