AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY Or ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC12-29 determining that a change or changes
in t e zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
T,1HEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the Westerly 77.2 acres of Lot 1
in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records, of the County of Los
Angeles, lying Southerly of the centerline of the
land described in the Deed to the State of Cali-
fornia recorded March 11, 1937 in Book 872, page
300 of Official Records.
Except that portion lying Southerly of the North-
erly line of the land described in the deed to
the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, recorded
March 4, 1910 in book 177, page 263 of Deeds, of
said County.
now is "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to
the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the
Director of Public Works.

2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged
as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay
the traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) amount-
ing to :;180.00 per 1000 square feet of commercial building or
fraction thereof prior to the issuance of a building permit.
6. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
7. That Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 6, above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Man, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of August
1979. ,
