A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COlmCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1130.
WHEREAS, the City PlannIng Commission of the City of Anaheim
did receive a pet.ition for zoning variance fromMathew P. I.an7.13, pUT'cha.ser,
and F'elix V. DeBuse. recorded owner of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California.
described as follows:
Lot 5 of Tract No. 1948, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 58, Pages 41, 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California..
(Sa.id property is located at 930 North Hagnolia
Avenue, Anaheim, California.)
AND WHEREAS. the City PlannIng Commission
hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on

quired by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17

WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission. after due inspection,
investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf. and after
due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt Resolution No. 267 Series 19S8-~9 , denvinl:>: Variance
No. 11 '30 ~ and
WHEREAS, thereafter. within twenty (20) days from the date of
the adoption of said resolution. a written appeal was filed with the
City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting the action of the City
Planning Commission ~enying said variance, and said appeal was
set for public hearing on AUQ:Ust 11 , 19 S9 , at 7g00
o'clOCK P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, and notice of
such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provi-
sions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code~ and
WHEREAS, after due investigation and studies made by itself
and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all the evidence and
reports offered at said hearing, the CIty Council does find and de=
termine tha t:

1. There is no substantial property right possessed by
other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied
the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately
developed and ased under the present zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission denying
the petition for zoning variance No. 1130, requesting permission to use
the present building loca tad on the propert;y- hereinabove described as
an office for real estate sales anci related activities, be and the same
is hereby sustained, and that variance No. 1130 be and the same is
hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
