AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council

been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of Lot Y of the Van de Graaff Tract,
as shown on a 14ap recorded in Book 4, page -j40 of
miscellaneous Records, record of Los Angeles County,
California, and that portion of the land described-
in
escribedin the final Decree of Partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September
12, 1869 in Book "B", page 410 of Judgments of t1e
District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and
for Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly boundary of
said Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, distant thereon
North 28° 54' 20" East, 163.80 feet from Station 68
of said boundary, said point being the intersection
of said. bound=ary with the Westerly prolongation of

longation of a radial line of said curve to a non -
tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius
of 1245.00 feet, a radial line of said curve bears

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street trading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other a7ppurtenant work shall be
complies: with as raquired by the City Engineer and in accordance

the City Engineer; that the ot7n.er(s) of subject property shall
install street lighting on all streets within the area as re-
quired by the Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond in
an amount and for.:i satisfactory to the City of Ana ei:�: shall ,be
poster: with the City to guarantee the installation of the above-
mentioned requiren.ents.

2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director
of Public T.Ior.�s.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to cormencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed
of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be com-
plied with prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7. That Condition Nos. 2, 4 and 5, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTIOtd 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning idap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
