AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS# certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Those portions of Lot 40 of the Anaheim Extension
as shown on a map of a survey by William Hamel in
December, 1868 and filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California
and that portion of the Roeffler Tract, as per map
recorded in book 30, page 17 of Miscellaneous Rec-
ords of Los Angeles County, California; all being
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of that certain
1.84 Acre parcel shown on a map filed in book 39,
page 20 of Record of Surveys, records of Orange
County; thence S 74° 41' 15" W 10.25 feet along the
Southerly line of said parcel to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing along said Southerly
line S 74* 41' 15" W 310.09 feet to the Southwest -
erly corner thereof; thence ri 150 21' 13" W 263.60
feet along -the Westerly line of said parcel to a
line parallel with and distant 53.00 feet Southerly
from the centerline of La Palma Avenin; thence iv

890 39' 10" E 160.82 feet along said parallel line
to a line parallel with and distant 165.00 feet West-
erly from the Easterly line of said 1.84 Acre par-
cel; thence S 15° 21' 18" E 202.07 feet along said
parallel line to a line parallel with and distant
25.00 feet Northerly from aforementioned Southerly
line; thence N 74° 41' 15" E 154.75 feet along said
parallel line; thence S 15° 21' 18" E 25.00 feet to
the point of beginning,
now is "CL" COritURCIAL, LIMITED ZONE and "R -MI -1200" TIMSIDENTIAL,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated
in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, :MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director
of Public 1,1orks.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That Condition Nos. 1, 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibits 11, 2 and 3, and that any modifications
thereto shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for review
and approval prior to the issuance of building permits.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Man shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
-- the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to.be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
