AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
68R-220 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map'or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of Lot 1 of the Anahein extension as
shown on a :yap of Survey made by William Hamel and
filed for recording in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the -North line of said lot
being in the South line of La Palma Avenue, distant
thereon 255.33 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said lot running thence West along the North line of
said Lot 79.91'feet, thence South parallel with the
Easterly line of said Lot 302.23 feet thence North 730
54' 25" East 77 feet to a line which is parallel with
the Easterly line of said lot thru a point of begin-
ning. Thence Northerly along said lot mentioned
parallel line 279.849 feet to the point of beginning.
Said land is shown on a licensed Surveyors AZap filed
in Book 16, Page 9 of Records of survey in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,

now is "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "R:-4-1200" PWIDENTIAL, iWLTIPLE-
FAMILY ZONNE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along
La Palma Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer, prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department,
said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residential
homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
5. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as de-
termined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That access to subject property shall be provided in
accordance with'the "Specific Plan of Access - Exhibit "A," on
file with the City of Anaheim, and all development plans shall
be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval,
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7. That a six-foot (61) masonry wall shall be constructed
between subject property and the RS -7200 lots, said wall to be con-
structed as and when the land is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
-- a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of June ,
1978.
