66-241A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
64R -105 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 63- 64 -21.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
February 11, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -105 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 63- 64 -21, finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of said resolution
it was proposed to develop subject property as a multiple family
planned residential development; but the owner now proposes to
subdivide said property; and
WHEREAS, in view of the change in plans for the
development of subject property, the City Council finds that
Resolution No. 64R -105 should be amended as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -105 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -21 be, and the same is hereby,
amended as follows:
1. That Conditions Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 be,
and the same are hereby deleted.
2. That Conditions Nos. 8 and 9 be, and the same
are hereby, amended to read as follows:

"9.
RESOLUTION NO. 66R -241
That the completion of these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the completion
of Reclassification No. 63 -64 -20 now pending.
That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, filed with Variance No. 1766,
marked Exhibits Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12 and 13, and Exhibits Nos. 1 and 3,
Revision No. 1."
3. That an additional condition be, and the same is
hereby, added to said Resolution No. 64R -105,
reading as follows:
"That the owner of subject property shall
pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00
per dwelling unit, to be used for park and
recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 64R -105 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of March 19.
