RESOLUTION NO. 5411
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of A. N. SKINNER, JR. and MARIE
SK NNER husband and wife
to se 1 to the ity of naheim the fo lowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilitI purposes
and more particularly described as fo lows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet of that parcel
of land described as follows:
That portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Extension as shown on
a Map thereof made by William Hamel and filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said
Lot 25 and the West line of the Southern Pacific Railroad
Company right of way and running thence S. 89053145" w.
along said South line of Lot 25 a distance of 297.00 feet
to the true point of beginning of the boundary of the land
herein described; thence N. 0016115" W. 348.66 feet; thence
S. 74030100" West 155.58 feet; thence S. 0006115" E. 307.35
feet to the said South line of Lot 25; thence N. 89053'45"
E. 150.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
4th day of August I 1959..
