AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No.. PC77-272 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS'FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
A portion of Lot 8 of Anaheim Extension, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,.
as shown on a map of Survey made by William Hamel,
dated and acknowledged December 11,.1868 by A.
Robinson, Trustee, ' .and filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point distant 82 feet Easterly, mea-
sured along a line parallel with Santa Ana Street,
from a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 8, said
last named point being 487.5 feet Northerly from the
Southwest corner of said lot; thence Northerly paral-
lel with the Westerly line of said lot, .96.5 feet;
thence Northwesterly 12.81 feet to a point 72 feet
Easterly, measured along a line drawn Easterly paral-
lel with Santa Ana Street,.from a point on the West-
erly line of said Lot, distant 592 feet Northerly
from the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence West-
erly along said line drawn Easterly parallel with the
South line of said Lot to said point on the Westerly.

line of said Lot distant 592 feet Northerly from the
Southwest corner of said Lot; thence Northerly along
the Westerly line of said Lot 97.5 feet; thence at
right angles and Easterly parallel with Santa Ana
Street, 211.2 feet; thence at right angles Southerly
and parallel with East Street 202 feet to a point in
a line drawn Easterly parallel with Santa Ana Street
from the point of beginning; thence Westerly parallel
with Santa Ana Street, 129.2 feet to the point of
beginning,
now is in the "RM -2400" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE and that
it be changed to and incorporated in "RAi-1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s.) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees,
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That appropriate water assessment fees, as determined by
the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid to the City of
Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be :in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this '7t= day of Febivary ,
