99-138RESOLUTION NO. 99R- 138 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING IT'S INTENTION TO APPROVE TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE FROM CENTURY VALLEY CABLE CORP. AND CENTURY COMMUNICATIONS CORP. TO CENTURY-TCI CALIFORNIA, L.P. AND ORDERING A HEARING THEREON WHEREAS, Section 1401 of the Charter of the City of Anaheim establishes procedures for processing franchises; and, WHEREAS, an application has been received for the transfer of the cable television franchise currently held by Century Valley Cable Corp. and Century Communications Corp. to Century-TCI California, L.P. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City Council does hereby declare its intention to approve the transfer of the Cable television franchise currently held by Century Valley Cable Corp. and Century Communications Corp. to Century-TCI California, L.P. The City Council does hereby establish the following date, time, and place where persons having an interest therein or objection to the approval of the franchise transfer may appear and be heard: Date: Time: Place July 13, , 1999 6:00 P.M. o'clock or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard Council Chambers city Hall, Anaheim Civic Center 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. Anaheim, California The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Resolution, at least once, within fifteen days of the adoption hereof, in the Anaheim Bulletin. 4. A copy of the agreement consenting to the transfer of this franchise and establishing any conditions thereof is on file in, and may be view at, the Office of the City Clerk.
