Good evening everyone I I am informed Mayor, and councilmember Rubalcava about an issue that we have in district 3
homeless man he’s been in my neighborhood few months and I know I told city staff about a lot about this issue. This
needs to stop city. Staff needs to take this s seriously seriously because it’s star?ng to begin at nuisance. Today this
a?ernoon what are my neighbors caught him the homeless man masturba?ng on the street which is very unacceptable
so kids are seeing us and I know I know I have Natalie’s word in district 3 that will get be?er. Merced staff needs to take
this seriously God bless you both.
