A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO HOMER J. AND BETTY B. DUNN TO
MOVE A DWELLING FROM 1829 KALEN, LONG
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, TO 119 SOUTH ~~GNOLIA
AVENUE, ANAHEn!, CALIF'ORNIA.
WHEREAS, Homer J. Dunn and Betty B. Dunn, having
filed a written application for a house moving permit to move
a dwelling house from 1829 Kalen, Long Beach, California to
119 South lVIagnolia Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 9th day of Jl.me, 1959, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock
P. M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said publiC
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and said Council having duly considered said applica-
tion, together with all evidence and reports submitted in connec-
tion therewith, does find that said application should be granted
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the owners of the property deed to the
City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in
width, from the center line of the street,
along lVIagnolia Avenue, for street widening
purposes.
2. That all engineerins requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs, gutters and side-
walks, street grading and paving, drainage
facilities or other pertinent work be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifica-
tions on file in the office of the City
Engineer, or that a bond in an amount and
form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be
posted with the city to guarantee the installa-
tion of said improvements,when required by the City.
3. That the above conditions be complied with
prior to final inspection of the dwelling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~~ by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Homer J. Dunn and
Betty B. Dunn for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1829 Kalen, Long Beach, California to 119 South Magnolia
Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted,
subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and further sub-

ject to compliance with all or the provisions or Article VIII,
Chapter 5 or the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving
of buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a
point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of June, 1959.
