RESOLUTION NO. 5261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO TAKE NO ACTION
ON SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 35 UPON THE OFFER OF THE
APPLICANTS TO PAY $25.00 PER TRAILER UNIT FOR PARK
AND RECREATION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did receive an
application rrom Edward D. Anderson and Howard D. Anderson, 2770
West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Calirornia, for a special use per-
mit to construct and operate a deluxe trailer park on the rollowing
described property:
All that certain land situated in the City or
Anaheim, County or Orange, State or Calirornia,
described as rollows:
Parcell: The Northwest quarter or the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter or Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.& M.
Excepting therefrom the North 288 reet.
Also excepting rrom the remainder the East one
acre.
Parcel 2: The West 108 feet or the East 324 feet
of the North 288 feet or the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter or the Northeast quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.8.8.& M.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City or Anaheim upon said
request on May 18, 1959, notices or which said public hearing were
duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, arter due inspection, investiga-
tion and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due
consideration of all evidence and reports ofrered at said hearing,
did adopt its Resolution No. 219 -- Series 1958-59, granting Special
Use Permit No. 35 subject to the conditions set rorth in said reso-
lution; and
WHEREAS, no written appeal having been filed with the City
Council within 20 days arter the action or the City Planning Commis-
sion granting said special use permit, protesting such action, and
upon the offer of the applicants to pay the sum or $25.00 per trailer
space ror park and recreation purposes, the City Council finds that
there is no need for action thereon by the Council, and does declare
its intention to take no action;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City or Anaheim that it rinds no necessity ror, and does hereby
declare its intention to take no action on Special Use Permit No. 35
upon the offer of the applicants to pay the sum of $25.00 per trailer
space for the acquisition of park and recreation sites, said fee to

be collected as a part or the building permit.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day or June, 1959.
