1. That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C-l deed
restrictions approved by the City Attorney.
2. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, along Lincoln and Western Aven')es
and Topanga Street, such as curbs and gutters,
sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage
facilities and other pertinent work, be com-
plied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and speci-
fications on file in the office of the City
Engineer.
3. That the owner of subject property deed to
the City of Anaheim a strip of land 45 feet
in width from the center line of the street,
along Western Avenue for street widening
purposes, and a strip of land 32 feet in
width from the center line of the street,
along Topanga Street, for street widening pur-
poses.
4.
That the owner of subject property pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
along Lincoln And Western Avenues and Topanga
Street for street lighting purposes.
5. That there be established a 35 foot minimum
building line set back on Lincoln Avenue.

6. That all of the above conditions with the
exception of Condition No.5, be complied
with within a period of 180 days from date
hereof, or such further time as the Council
may grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submiLt to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2, of the Anaheim Muni-
cipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined
to be necessary and proper.
THE POHEGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this
26th day of May, 1959.
