A RESOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTIliG A GRANT DEED COllVEYING TO THE
CITY OF AN.ABIi1IM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND FUBLIC UTILlfi _
pqRPOSES
WRER~AS, the City of Anahei. did heretofore enter into an escrow
with Paul D. Tedrick and Marian Tedrick, husband and wife at Bank:
of America National Trust and Savings Association, Anaheim llranch,
150 East Center Street, Anaheim, California, for the purchase of an
easement for road and public utility purposes upon, along, over,
under and across the hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, said Bank of America National Trust and Savings Associa-
tion is now ready to close said escrow, and a deei has been pre--
pared conveying said easement to the City of Anaheim free and
clear of all enCUlllbrances except all covenants, conditions, restric-
tions, reserwations, rights. rights of way and easements of record.
NOW, 'l'HERD'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
.Anaheim that the deed conveying an easement for road and public
utility purposes upon, along, over, under and across the real pro-
perty situated in the City of Anaheilll. County of Orange,State of
Califoraia, described as follows, to wit;
That portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Extension, in
the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map of survey
made by Willi8lll Hamel and filed in the office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Calif-
ornia, a copy of which is reoorded in book ;, page
163, et seq.. entitled Los Angeles County Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 25 of
A*eim Extension, (which for the purpose of this
description, is eGn.ttue4:to be the center line
intersection of Los Angeles Street and Ball Road),
as shown on a map made by William Hamel and filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder,
Los Angeles, California; thences North 150
;0' west along the west line of said Lot 25, a dis-
tance of 15;.86 feet; thence easterly parallel
wita the south line of said Lot 25, 54.99 feet;
thence south 150 30' east, a distance of 87.46
feet to a point, said point being the beginning
of a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence' southerly and easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 740 33'
1)", an arc distance of 19.52 feet to a point in
a line parallel with and 5).00 feet northerly of
the south line of said Lot 25: thence easterly
along the last mentioned parallel line to the
easterly line of the land conveyed to Paul D.
Tedrick. et ux., in deed recorded December 20,
1938, in book 972, pag'e 428, Official Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County; thence southerly along a line
parallel with the west line of said Lot 25, to
the south line of said Lot 25, thence westerly
along the south line of said Lot 25, to the
point of beginning;

lllXCEPTING TEJIlREFROM that portion of said land
within Ball Road amd Los Angeles Street, as now
established,
to the City of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby accepted by the
Cit~ Council of the City of Anaheim.
BJI IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be, and it is here-
~, authorised to deliver to said Vendor the amount of the purchase
price for said easement. heretofore deposited in eBcrow, when all
condition of said escrow have been met and complied with.
