RESOLUTION NO. 5167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AJlAHEIM RESCINDIJIlG RESOLUTION JIlo.4469
ADOPTED IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-56-51-86;
.AND AlITHORIZING THE COMPLETION OF SAID RECLASSI-
FICATION AS APPROVED IN RESOLUTION NO. 4.163.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on October 15, 1951, the
City CouRcil of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.
4163 approving Reclassification No. F-56-51-86 and authorizing
a change of zone on Lots 2, 1 and 8 of the Helen and Lynch
Addition from R-A, Residential-Agricultural Zone to M-l, Light
Manufacturing Zone, with a P-L, Parking-Landscaping Zone along
Loara Street, Broadway and Lincoln Avenue, subject to the con-
ditions therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, to wit, the owners of Lots 1 and
8 of said Helen and Lynch Addition requested that said lots be
excluded from said reclassification, and on the 22nd day of
April, 1958, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4469
correcting the description in Resolution No. 4163 to read, "Lot
2 of Helen and Lynch Addition"; and
WHEREAS, the owners of property in Lots 1 and 8 of
said Helen and Lynch Addition now desire to have their property
reclassified as originally provided for in said Resolution No.
4163 and have requested that Resolution No. 4469 adopted on
April 22, 1958 be rescinded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4469 heretofore adopted
on April 22, 1958 in said Reclassification No. F-56-57-86, be,
and the same is hereby rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said reclassification be
completed as prOVided for and upon the conditions mentioned and
set forth in Resolution No. ~163 heretofore adopted on October 15,
1957.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of April, 1959.
