AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones ere na ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 3, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A PARCEL MAP FILED IN BOOK
84 PAGES 5, 6, 7 AND 8, OF PARCEL MAPS IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY,
now is "RS-A-43,000(SC)" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL (SCENIC CORRIDOR
ZONE and
that it
changed to and
COM ERCIALLIMITED(SCENICeincorporated
CORRIDOR OVERLAY)ZONEF subject to them
following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along La Palma Avenue,
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.

3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay appro-
priate drainage assessment fees to the City of Anaheim as determined
by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit.
. 7. That appropriate water assessment fees, as determined by
the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid to the City of
Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
8. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5, provided, however, that
the proposed driveway on La Palma Avenue shall be located a minimum
of 110 feet from the curb extension along Imperial Highway.
9. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of Narch, 1980.

1980, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 18th day of March, 1980, by the following
