A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
that it

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of
OWEN A. MURRAY, a married man, dealing with his sole
and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 1 of Burkle's Subdivision of a
portion of Vineyard Lot "E -7" as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 1, page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 1, 10.25
feet Southerly from the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence
Southerly along the East line of said Lot 1, 129.75 feet; thence
Westerly along a line parallel to the Northerly line of said
Lot 1, 3.00 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel to
the Easterly line of said Lot 1, 114.75 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 23.56 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and distant Southerly 44.75 feet
from the centerline of Lincoln Avenue, formerly Center Street,
as measured at right angles from said centerline; thence Easterly
along said parallel line to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
