OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of Anaheim as shown on a map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of the westerly
92.00 feet of said Section distant South 0 10' 15" East
thereon 50.00 feet from the northerly line of said Section,
said point also being the most southerly corner of Parcel 2
of the deed to the State of California recorded April 24,
1951 in Book 2180 page 241 of Official Records; thence
North 45 04' 48" East along the southeasterly line of said
Parcel 2 of the deed to the State of California 28.33 feet
to angle point therein; thence North 0 10' 15" East
parallel with the westerly line of said Section, 30.00 feet
to the northerly line of said Section; thence North 89 59'
15" East along said northerly line 105.00 feet; thence
South 0 10' 15" West parallel with the westerly line of
said Section 53.00 feet to the southerly line of the
northerly 53.00 feet of said Section; thence South 89 59'
15" West along said southerly line 100.08 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast of
radius 25.00 feet, the southerly terminus thereof being
tangent to said easterly line of the westerly 92.00 feet
of said Section; thence southwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 89 49' 00" an arc distance of
39.19 feet to said southerly terminus; thence North 0 10'
15" East 27.92 feet to the Point of Beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
