A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF HEIM E L
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
JAMES W. CONNELY and LOIS J. CONNELY, husband and wife,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 4.50 feet, as measured at right angles
to the West line of East Street, of that portion of Block C"
of Kroeger's Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5,
page 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County, des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing on the Southerly line of said Block "C at a
point 2.50 feet Westerly, as measured along said Southerly
line, from the Southeasterly corner of said block; thence
Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Block "C
231 and 1 /3rd feet to the true point of beginning; thence
Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said block, 242
feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said
block, 60 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly
line of said block, 242 feet; thence Southerly parallel with
the Easterly line of said block, 60 feet to the true point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)0
