RESERVING the northerly 24 3/4 feet for the southerly half
of South Street. ALSO RESERVING a right of way for a ditch
to the south portion of said Lot 15.
be changed from R-O, RESIDENTIAL-SUBURBAN ZONE and R-A, RESI-
DENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-1, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the lot size or area of the tier of lots along
Santa Ana Street and along South Street be limited to
a minimum of 8,000 square feet; and that the houses to
be constructed on these lots shall contain a minimum
livable floor area of 1,500 square feet.
2. That the lot size or area of the remainder of the lots
in Parcel No.1; that is, all lots in said parcel,
except those along Santa Ana Street, be limited to
7,200 square feet; and that the houses to be constructed
on these lots shall contain a minimum livable floor area
of 1,350 square feet.

3. That the lot size or area of the tier of lots adjacent
to Tract No. 2205 be limited to a minimum of 7,200
square feet; and that the houses to be constructed on
these lot. shall contain a minimum 1i~able floor area
of 1,300 square feet.
4. That the lot size or area of the remainder of the lots
of subject property be limited to a minimum of 7,200
square feet; and that the houses to be constructed on
these lots shall contain a minimum livable floor area
of 1,225 square feet.
5. That the owners of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim R-l Deed Restrictions, approved
by the City Attorney, which restrictions shall provide

that the houses constructed on the tier of lots along
~ Santa Ana Street and the tier of lots along South
Street shall contain a minimum livable floor area of
1,500 square feet; that the houses constructed on the
remainder of the lots in Parcel No. 1--that is, all
lots in said parcel except those along Santa Ana Street,
shall contain a minimum livable floor area of 1,350
square feet; and that the houses constructed on the tier
of lots adjacent to Tract No. 2205 shall contain a
minimum livable floor area of 1,300 square feet.
6. That an ordinance rezoning subject property shall not
be adopted until a final tract map of subject property
has been recorded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of February, 1959.
